Insurance
Our financial coordinator, Toni, will research your orthodontic insurance and inform you of these benefits when you have your orthodontic consultation. She will work to maximize your insurance benefits. When orthodontic treatment starts, your insurance carrier will be billed for the insurance benefits. Orthodontic benefits are usually paid on a monthly or quarterly basis spread over the term of the treatment. We gladly accept assignments of benefits for orthodontic insurance. There are over 100 insurance companies represented in our practice, so our financial coordinator is very experienced at handling insurance claims.
